Sweet SuperLeaf Moringa Smoothies in Two Luscious Hues

For me, the colour of a smoothie is half of the enjoyment. If it's green, I love a vibrant green. If it's red, I want it ruby-red.

These two SuperLeaf Moringa smoothies satisfy the eye as well as the palate.

And they're super simple! That's because the 92+ nutrients in SuperLeaf Moringa deliver more goodness than you could pack in with a dozen other ingredients. It's the single source superfood your smoothie needs.

Now, down to the business of recipes.

Super Green SuperLeaf Moringa Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • Handful of fresh or frozen greens
  • 2 tsp SuperLeaf Moringa powder
  • 2 peeled kiwi, fresh or frozen
  • Handful fresh of frozen mango chunks
  • Half of an avocado, preferably frozen (optional*)
  • 2 frozen bananas (optional)

Instructions:

Add water and leaves to blender first. Blend until completely smooth. Add fresh or frozen fruits and SuperLeaf powder and blend until fully pureed. 

*The avocado and banana make this a very filling smoothie, with a rich, creamy consistency. For a lighter treat, omit these ingredients and cut the water to 1 cup.

Ruby Red SuperLeaf Moringa Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tsp SuperLeaf Moringa powder
  • 2 cups frozen red fruits (we used cherries, strawberries and raspberries)
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • Optionally add vanilla protein powder (we used Vega)

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
