Secret SuperFood Spaghetti Sauce by Anna O'Byrne

Although we focus on plant foods here, we know that not all of you are vegetarian or vegan. Some of you probably have a mixed household, like me: I'm veg, but my husband is not, and when it comes to spaghetti, he likes bolognese sauce with white pasta.

Our kids could leave or take the meat, but they're both going through a phase of eating too many grains and not enough veg. The solution? Add a little SuperLeaf™ Moringa to the sauce.

One teaspoon stirred into one serving of sauce adds

  • more than 92 nutrients
