Meghan is a Toronto-based ‘nutritionista’, teacher, best-selling author and founder of the Academy of Culinary Nutrition. She’s also a budding philanthropist. When Meghan heard about O4O’s organic gardening and natural medicine programs, she went ahead and raised a big donation!
She’s amazing. You should check out her website, but be warned - the site is jam-packed with such fascinating, useful content, you may find yourself emerging, hours later, inspired to change your life.
Naturally, we thought of Meghan when we set out to write our book on Moringa in 2014. See, Meghan knows about food - especially organic, nutrient-dense, whole foods, like Moringa. She and her students specialize in creating irresistible recipes from just such ingredients.
Our challenge was to demonstrate how the extravagantly-nutritious Moringa can be an integral part of everyday eating. Sure, you can stir the leaf powder into a cup of water and toss it back. But how can you blend it seamlessly into your meals? How can you use Moringa to boost the foods your family eats, without their even knowing it?
Meghan was keen to take on the challenge. She quickly assigned ten students and Academy graduates to develop original recipes using Moringa.
We were amazed at their output! So much creativity and culinary genius went into the recipes. We know you'll be delighted, too, to discover the many, many ways you can use SuperLeaf™ Moringa every day.
All of the recipes were incorporated in our Moringa book - set for re-release late in summer 2016. To be notified when the revised and improved version hits shelves, subscribe to our newsletter.
